How a request unfolds
- Step 1
Your brief
Dates, group size, arrival city, target budget: the outline of your file, by email or via the form.
- Step 2
Our quote
A detailed day-by-day itinerary and its net rate, calculated according to your group’s size band.
- Step 3
Confirmation
The file is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount, by SWIFT transfer.
- Step 4
Rooming list
The room allocation 30 days before arrival at the latest, then the final rooming list 15 days before arrival.
- Step 5
On the ground
Your group is followed by a ProTravel representative on site, from the first day to the last.
