ProTravel owns neither a fleet nor hotels: we design, coordinate and operate every programme with a network of selected partners — carriers, hotels, guides and caterers — to guarantee a consistent standard of service, wherever the stop.
Transport, guiding and catering
Transport
A fleet mobilised through our transport partners, sized to your group.
Luxury coaches MAN or DAF-type luxury coaches — 36 seats up to 34 pax, 48 seats up to 47 pax, air-conditioned, reclining seats, minibar depending on the vehicle.
Minibus for group top-ups, when group size exceeds a pricing band.
4x4 with driver for expeditions — 4 participants maximum per vehicle, fuel, driver travel costs and comprehensive passenger insurance included.
Guiding
Guiding from departure to return, in your clients’ language, reinforced locally according to group size and stops.
Official national guide for the entire duration of the tour, in your group’s language — to be confirmed at quote stage.
Mandatory local guides, required from 20 participants upward, in the major cities visited (Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Meknès, Volubilis, Fez, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Zagora, Agadir, Tangier, depending on the tour’s stops).
On 4x4 expeditions — an experienced assistant or high-mountain and desert guide, in your group’s language.
Catering
Full board, from dinner on day 1 to breakfast on the last day, in traditional restaurants with regional speciality menus.

Selected 4-star hotels in each of the stopover cities listed here. The named list of properties is provided with every quote; any change of stop or hotel is subject to your approval.
On expeditions, overnight in a nomad tent camp.
